How we work

Four clear steps, scope agreed in writing and live reviews. No billing surprises or filler meetings.

Conversation

A short call to get to know each other and understand what you're building. If it makes sense, we book a deeper second one to get into detail.

ii.

Proposal

After discovery we send scope, timeline and cost in writing. If it all checks out, we sign and start with a deposit.

iii.

Build

Design and code moving together, with live reviews. A landing takes about a week; an online store, two to four, depending on scope.

iv.

Handoff

Site launch and support for the first days. If your team needs deeper training, we coordinate it as part of closing.

Write to us via the form or WhatsApp. We answer within 48 business hours. If your project fits what we do, we'll book a first call to get to know each other. The scope is agreed on a follow-up conversation, in more detail.

Yes. We work in Spanish and English and can invoice in USD. We coordinate schedules and delivery to wherever you are.

A landing: about a week. An online store: two to four weeks, depending on scope. For larger projects we give you a clear estimate in the proposal before starting.

We work with a deposit before starting and the balance on delivery. The exact percentages and terms are agreed in writing in the proposal.

For online stores we work primarily with Shopify. For custom websites we use modern stacks focused on speed and SEO. If your project requires another tool or you already have a stack, we evaluate it in the proposal.

As part of closing we leave you what you need to operate the site. If you need broader training or specific sessions, we can coordinate them separately.

Yes. We work with your designer, marketer or product team without issue. We agree on contact points and cadence at the start of the project.

We provide support for the first days at no extra cost. If you need ongoing maintenance, improvements or new iterations, we can keep working together under a separate agreement.
